Folks, this is scary stuff
Realize what is going on here, the NY AG is going to conduct a fishing expedition to see if any companies, which one happens to be Bain Capital, has done anything improper. Mind you, this is being done without any reasonable cause of impropiety. The only credible claim is that the blog site "Gawker", a Hollywood tabloid blog, posted some Bain related material that was given to them.
Wow.
